HOW TO USE: this cream is a heavy cream & is best used nightly before bed on your lower back &/or largest muscle groups. For nighttime Charlie horses we recommend putting directly on calf muscles. As a daily deodorant use about a dime sized amount under the armpits. Because of the connection between lavender & estrogen spikes we recommend using the unscented version of this cream especially if you plan to use as a daily deodorant.
